Wishing

A wish names a program and the price you would pay for its source. It is a message signed by your wallet, not a transaction: nothing is deposited and nothing is locked.

Proof of Decompile wish program: <program id> price: <n> USDC wallet: <your address> legitimate interest: confirmed issued: <ISO time>

The site checks the signature, reads the program from mainnet (loader, upgrade authority, ELF size and sha256, OtterSec verify status) and lists the wish. A program whose source is already verified public is accepted and marked.

Your record

Every wish shows its requester's record, computed from the chain: paid counts the unlocks that wallet paid for, ignored counts passing proofs made on its wishes whose 7-day window ran out without its payment. Hunters read the record before they spend a week on a wish.
