The rule, every Monday 00:30 UTC
  1. Keep 0.05 SOL for fees.
  2. 50% of the rest is swapped to USDC on Jupiter and sent to the orphan fund.
  3. The orphan fund buys the oldest unsold proofs past all their windows, at the lower of their price and 250 USDC. The hunter gets 92%, 8% goes to the vault, and the source is published on the ticket.
  4. The other 50%, and the 8% burn share of every unlock, wait in the vault: the buy and burn turns on with $POD.
